It is easy to find your way. Basically as soon as you get into arrivals you will see signs for the trains so you just follow them. Trains depart from domestic and international. I got a daily pass which I was told was cheaper, it cost aprox $16. Trains come along every 15 mins, and there are plenty of helpful staff around. It takes about 15-20 mins to get to Circular Quay and plenty to see and do there eg opera house and harbour bridge. Coming back, again trains were plentiful but I had trouble using my pass as you must have get on and off at the same point with the ticket I had bought, so it wouldn't let me through at the international but I just explained that I didn't realise that at time of purchase and he let me through no worries. So unless a Sydney sider can help out you might be best using one way tickets. Do it, it really is easy.
Cheers Danielle
