stayed here last april, first room I was given smelled of sewerage, each time i flushed the loo water leaked all over the bathroom floor. asked for a repair and the response was to cover the floor with towels, hope it would sort itself - didn't of course, called reception again and was then transferred to another room. kettle didn't work and so had to call again. found staff a little indifferent to any of my concerns would not stay there again.
