I can recommend the Manggala Guesthouse. It's a little bit outside the main Lovina area on the main road to Seririt, about 500 mtrs out of town on the beach side. Nice and spacious rooms, aircon in some rooms, hot and cold water, a nice little restaurant with great food and very cheap prices. Price 150.000 Rp/night and the room can hold 3 persons, breakfast included
