Taking Vitamins etc....

Hi all,
What is the go with taking multi-vitamins and fish oil tablets into Bali?
Someone told me that you have to have all new unopened bottles. Is this true? So I can't take my multi-vitamins etc unless they are unopened?? I find this rediculous if it is true.
