Thanks for this tip.
I sometimes find that leaving the tip to house keeping staff on the day we checkout is a bit hit and miss.
Not always the same person that has cleaned the room for the duration of the stay is working on the day of check out.
I was wondering how to overcome this problem and you have solved it for me.
I'll now leave it each day on the pillow and can be sure that the person on that day is the one who deserves it.
I know that last time we left Bali the Gent cleaning out our room was not the regular housekeeper for us and he scored all our left over shampoo,deodorant etc etc. No wonder he was pleased!
