Candidasa Diving

I am visitng Candidasa in early September.
i) Has anyone recently stayed at the Resor Prima?Your thoughts. Where is it's exact location?
ii) I want to complete a PADI Open Water course from either Candidasa or Pandang Bai. Any recommendations/costs?
