I flew into Bali on June 21st 2006 with an air ticket showing a flight out in November but I did have a Tiger Airline flight out of Padang at exactly 59 days later on August 17th.
But no one asked to see my airline ticket anyway and these days they do not seem to do it as much with the paid visas.
Actually I will email you now with an idea I prefer not to post on public forum.
