The only way you can be sure your particular card will work is to ask Westpac. Make sure you stress to them that you need to know a definite answer, not a guess because you don't want to be left stranded with no access to your money in a foreign country!
Seems every bank is different with every type of card. Someone else mentioned Westpac visa debit don't work in bali as a savings withdrawal, but my visa debit through a local credit union works perfectly as a savings account withdrawal and costs me nothing in fees.
Don't rely on answers gained on this forum - check with the experts at the bank.
