Baleka is a fair distance from the other hotels you've listed, it's in Legian. Would definitely be quieter, but definitely a taxi ride from the Kuta nightclubs you'd be looking at.
Barong, I've heard, is very similar to Bounty (sister hotel), with similar party atmosphere, close by as well. Only real difference being the price, I believe. Dewi Sri is off the main road, down a laneway, but still close to all the night clubs. Don't know how noisy it would be.
I haven't stayed in any of them, so can't comment on the hotels themselves.
