We went through travel insurance direct Sept 2006. My husband was admitted into hospital for 8 hours then we had to return the next day for more blood tests. It ended up costing us $800 which we paid and then claimed back on return to Aust. The cheque was posted back to us within approx. 10 days. We were very happy with their service. We are going again in August and will be going through them again.
