Is to do the maths a different way.
The Almighty Green Back (US$) has been devalued by about 10% over the last 2 years and now the Aussie Dollar is currently at 80 cents compared with 48 cents a few years back. Therefore a hotel advertising in $US could actually increase its prices by 55% and yet still be cheaper for Australians than it was 5 years ago.
Confusing I know but true..... according to Ronaldo (a money mathematician and part time interior designer) that I know.
