That seems expensive for a dump. The resort we stayed at in Dunsborough was less than $200 a night. I wonder do you have a cottage let? they can be expensive for long weekends as many people can stay there, some of the really nice homes for holiday let in Dunsborough though worked out to around $300 a night with spa and mod con features, on the beach etc etc and did include all linen, they have a linen service collects.We had a great relaxing time though..
