Open area downstairs offers little or no privacy or security.
Nicely appointed though, both in the open areas and the bedrooms.
Dark furniture downstairs (but not crappy)& the area has no overhead fans from memory.
Looked at both the 1 bedroom suite rooms & the 3 bedroom villas.
Villas with most privacy are the 2 at the back.
Renovations currently being done with the entrance next to the restaurant "opened up"
Also looked at the brand new Puri Damai Cottages II which are opening late February (no prices yet)
One & 2 bedroom with twin beds in second bedroom
2 bathrooms upstairs for 2 bed & 1 toilet near the kitchen.
Only problem is the stairs to the second level...cut on an angle as you leave the top storey so you have to remember to put your foot to the right first or you will miss totally

Stairs to upper level not suitable for children or elderly (cut on an angle, steep & no hand rails. (Step off to stairs from upper level to ground floor on an angle)

Second bedroom upstairs via outside stairs.
