We had read the good and bad as well on this hotel and decided to try it for ourselves last October.
Unfortunately I have to say myself and my family did not enjoy this hotel and would not return.
Thats our personal choice.
No one should be dogged for commenting on whether or not they did or did not enjoy staying somewhere.
That's why I read this forum. I take onboard the advice given and go from there. We made up our minds to go and give this place a try based on info on this forum.
As for keeping comments to yourself if you don't like somewhere - that's ridiculous - whats the point of having an open forum if you can only comment on all the good points. I, for one, would prefer to read balanced comments.
YOu will love Bali - that is the most important thing.
