THANKS!! I think my search is over. Villa Kipas looks really good. and the sister villa Halcyon looks great too. Are the furnishing new, especially the bathroom? A/C I assume are ok? How much did you pay so I have a ref what to bargain for? how about chef service at the villa? Are those extras? Do you have a good driver at reasonable price whom you've been using?
