My memory isn't all that great as I only had breaky once at each place. La Monde I had jaffles and juice, but I'm pretty sure they had the usual options like bacon and eggs and so on. Posers had a really good breaky menu with loads of different options. I can't remember exactly what was on offer, but there was heaps of choice.
Just grabbed my travel diary to check what I'd had.
La Monde I had a cheese and tomato jaffle and a mixed juice. Rp23,500
Posers breaky was huge. Toast with eggs and bacon, then they brought out 2 more slices of toast with honey and jam in little bowls, plus juice and coffee for Rp25,000.
I also had breakfast across from MBR at Sinar Indah which was cheap but can't remember what I'd had. And also Indo-National (which had great cappucino, for the record). Most places have heaps of variety and good prices. I think out of my 23 night stay I had breakfast at the hotel 2 or 3 times, then maybe 5 times all up outside the hotel at different places. I usually skip breakfast completely though or just have some fruit that I keep in the mini-bar in my room.
