I don't think their prices are negotiable, but I suppose you can always try - no harm in that.
I know a few of the teachers at the IALF in Bali, and think they are all very good. I'm an Indonesian teacher (high school) myself, and have done some short workshops with some of the IALF staff. I have always been impressed with their professionalism and the materials they offer in their courses.
