Took our four year old here. Hubby wanted to take him out on jet-ski... Charge was Rp 150,000 for 15 mins. Son lasted all of 5 mins till one of the instructors brought him back to shore... he enjoyed building sandcastles more than the jet skis.
While waiting for hubby on shore, saw a little drama being played out... This Japanese lady was crying while being carried on her husband / boyfriend's back... he rushed her screaming and hysterical to their coach... am assuming they took her to the nearest ER...apparently, after their banana boat ride, as she got off, she unknowingly stepped on a sea urchin. So everyone, be sure to look hard at the water before putting your feet into it! Don't want your hols to be spoilt.
Will be taking a glass bottom boat out soon... was quoted Rp 250,000 for the 1.5 hr experience... we're also planning a trip to old Waterbom on Friday...
