People have greatly varying ideals on there likes and dislikes. Whilst there have been negative comments about this hotel there have also been glowing references about it also.. If you have stayed there before and were happy then you will more than likely be happy this time but if you are going to worry about the negative comments leading up to your trip and look for faults which could spoil your trip then consider speaking with your agent and changing...
I have not stayed at this hotel but I do know my sis & bro in-law stay here at least 4 times a year and are very happy with it..
