Not sure where you are staying so i'll give you four choices.
If you are in south Kuta then Ma Joly on Jl Wana Segar is excellent but you will need to book a table - ocean view is good.
Seminyak try any of La Lucciola, Ku De Ta, or Warisan - all three excellent, great food, atmosphere while being expensive for Bali. My choice would be "Warisan"
