After 20yrs experience never have a problem if I tell them that first before changing money - but still always still recount it at front desk before taking it away, even if its the same kodak shop I go back to every second day (but once the kodak ladies know your face never had a problem)
over last 20 yrs non Kodak shops without and sometimes with my first up - no short change please - warning still always try but always have the missing 100,000 or 1,000 sitting under counter ready to had over without fuss if they realise you know how to count without getting confused
