like the below forumites have all said,you get what you pay for.mbr is a 3 star hotet,not 5 star like the padma.breakfasts are ok,as i have said before,its pretty hard to screw up bacon and eggs.pastries and fruit ok.bain marie(no way)the old suite rooms which have been renovated are huge(which is the main reason we stay there)and my pet bug a boo THE CLOUDY MAIN POOL.sorry to hear they have not got it fixed properly yet.i will agree the staff at front office are not overly friendly like most balinese.but in my opinion its value for money,beachfront,and handy to everything.cheers
