Hi Karen, although not in Legian, a short taxi ride to Kuta, there is a great tailor and shoe maker called Bali Brumby. They are in the laneway next to Bubba Gumps off Jl Dewi Sartika. Putu's mobile number is 081 338 576 271. They made me trousers and cargo pants for a big bum for $25 each in microfibre. A leather jacket for $130, very soft leather. My friend had shirts and shoes ($70) and boots ($100) made for very big feet (size 12). Very happy with all.
