We went to Denpasar to Tiara Dewati Shopping Centre, to Tiara Optic for my friend's glasses. Even tho he was told before he left Perth he didn't need a new prescription they told him he did (and they were right). Made Rodenstock (the best) progressive focus, photochromatic lenses with new (titanium) frames for around $370 in about 4 days. They are much clearer and my friend loves the way they go dark when he is in the sun. It only costs about 50,000Rp each way by taxi to Denpasar and the taxi will wait for you. Well worth the trip.
