Raylyn we stopped there for a month last July and have booked for a month this coming July. We have stopped 5 star, 4 star and so on, but the last five or so years we stopped at Puri Raja and loved it. Last year it closed for renovations and we stopped at MBR suite in old section and will continue to stop there "God willing" from now on. PR has everything except their rooms are small and balconies opposite each other, and drinks and food are a bit overpriced. MBR is the only pub except for Garden View where it is just as cheap to eat and drink in the hotel as it is outside. We dine out for variety and the experience. Many people go the Bali for a reasonably short time so they can afford luxury accommodation, even although the difference is academic. The posting saying MBR breakfast is the worst ever is probably sour grapes because they did not get into the Padma where almost everyone who stays there dines out, because it is a ripoff.
