Hey don't think you guys have been forgotten in the Red Centre.I have close family ties to the area & spent time there as a kid since my Father's baby brother owned road trains & a big cattle station up there.He settled in the Alice in about 1940 & lived there till he died.
It might be a little while but sometime this year we are definately making a 4 wheel drive trip up to the Alice from Adelaide so the 2 of you & any other forumites from Alice will hopefully be interested in getting together for a BTF dinner when we come to town.
Please make sure you both keep in touch because it's been a long time since I've been to Alice & I might want to pick your brains about where to go & what to see.
