If anyone is interested, you can get your raspberry juice (80%) from Di Benson from the Bramble Farm. Check out www.bramblefarm.com.au and send her an email with quantities required.
She is very efficient. I emailed her and basically received the juice by express post the next day. 1 Litre costs $30-00 and will keep refrigerated for 12 months.
We live in Brisbane and couldn't get hold of the 100% Berrysweet that Tina suggests. The stuff in the supermarket is only 20% here.
