Was there 14 months ago - great service - really enjoyed. Sorry to say (maybe it was my flight) - this time awful service and just not the same - ie. previous trip provided a bag of goodies (toothpaste etc - nice bag) -this time - a toothbrush in a plastic bag and no other extras. Lounge at airport was very good - great improvement -and the 35 kilos of baggage is great. Not sure I would fly Garuda again just for that. JMO.
