even if you could get an agent to do it, it would be really expensive. The airlines flying to Lombok from Bali are not geared up to handle international bookings (or internet bookings), also you generally can't pay by credit card (except for perhaps Merpati).
It is really easy to book once your in Bali. If you arrive during the daytime, take a stroll down to domestic and book at the airline's office there. You can pay (in Rp) and get your ticket straight away - even fly that day if you want.
Otherwise there are numerous agents that will sell you a ticket to Lombok. Generally you need to allow a day or so, as they have to take the money to the airline office and pick up the ticket for you.
