I know of more money Garuda has just lost, 4 Business class fares twice a year from Adelaide. We have flown with them for the past 10 -12 years right up until this year. We applied for the new frequent flyers club with no reply even to our emails, Evidently we are either too old, or because we are retired or they are making too much money and don,t need our business, so goodbye from us and hullo Singapore or Qantas airlines. Perhaps they need a new marketing manager and definitely a customer relations officer.
