I think that there is no real "limit" on luggage weight except for "cabin luggage" which should probably be policed more stridently,the 20 kgs allowance is mearly that,an allowance before being charged, which is fair enough but there should not be any extra allowance for "sporting goods" and everyone should be treated the same.
