the full excess - despite my sister and her friend being given a 5kg allowance on the same flight! Anyway there were these two girls who carried on two large bags each, plus kites. They took up all of the overhead storage space. The same rules should apply to everyone. I am not pretty or skinny so I get away with nothing !!!!!!!!
