See website http://www.pptc.gc.ca/can/index.aspx?lang=e click on processing time and it tells you how to get an urgent passport in 24 hours. You need a good reason so be sure to bring your airline ticket. The cost is $70.00 plus cost of passport. You can also get express service 2-9 days. Cost for this service is $30.00 plus passport cost. You can download an application at this site. Be sure that you have all necessary documentation, pictures etc. with you.
