as local Immigration Authorities are obliged to check Passport Validity prior to giving Exit Stamp.
In the event you manage to slip through at that end, you will be denied entry into Indonesia - held in detention here in Bali until the airline on which you have traveled to Bali can arrange your return flight to Canada.
Do NOT even attempt to travel with just 2 Months validity on your Passport!
The onus on your Passport Validity falls with the Carrier on which you travel and getting you back to your port of departure is their responsibility.
