Friends of ours got turned away, they couldnt do anything about it on the day because the travel agent was closed but on the monday went to them and told them off for not letting them know about the passport thing , got new tickets to go on the wednesday and and two one way tickets to hamilton island. Iknow it does say on your papers that you get from agent but they got away with it. There is no way i would try getting through ,you would be wasting your time.
