the road was closed completely. There was just a little bit to walk through.
Jl Padma was cut up.
The road was cut in more places along Padma Utara so I'm assuming that bit will be done soon.
More of a traffic problem than walking but their safety standards aren't like ours. I was walking past and next minute a guy swung the pick in the air near my head. A bit scary.
