Sorry for any confusion here, but let me fix that up.
There are three pools and two of them have swim up bars.
The big old pool, which is away from the rooms you've booked is a big almost round shaped pool and has a swim up bar, as well as a walled off shallow section for the kids.
The new large pool between the new suites and superior rooms is like a squished up donut and does have a swim up bar at one 'pointy' end and a shallow kiddy section at the opposite end.
There is also a small private 'splash pool' behind the new suites, which you would have easy access to. It's much quieter and more shade for most of the day, but that pool doesn't have the swim up bar.
I doubt the kids will be at all disappointed. There's usually a few noodles floating around the old pool. Not sure about the others, but you can usually get hold of blow up pool toys pretty easily in Bali.
