I haven't stayed at Febris because is too far from the beach for me and additionally it's too close to the very busy JL Kartika Plaza particularly if you have young children with you. Febris is part of the Green Garden group and the restaurant is excellent with the same menu as the 2 GG Restaurants. Another reason I wouldn't use Frebris is that it's a bit of a concrete jungle with little or no garden.
I do prefer Balihai but have to disclose here & now that I am biased about the place as we have already racked up 16 visits there. The pool is excellent, kiddies club good (Dynasty K Club is probably better), the gardens are superb while most of the staff have been there since 1992 when it was opened. In addition Balihai is right on the beach and there is a little enclosure just off the beach where the traders ply their business. Amongst the traders there are very competent masseurs, manicurists (Inc Donna) and of course they sell just about everything. Above all tho they are friendly and not very pushy which does help a lot.
For dining you have Green Garden opposite, down the beach is Pantai Restaurant and just next to Balihai, is SA Cafe while Lotus Tavern is only 100 yards up the road (JL Wana Segara).
So far as your agency goes why not book your airfares and one of the stays in Ubud or Tuban then go direct for the other hotel. Balihai can be reached on 62 361 753 035 and on the web at dub dub dub.balihai-resort.com . In the web site, if you look under "Accomodation" you will get an idea of the room layout and size while under "Location" you get a map of the hotel and the where the rooms are situated by number.
