Just back from two weeks at GVC. Have stayed there before and enjoyed our time. This time was different. Renovations still going but this was no problem. New pool still not finished. Had to ring a few nights to get towels to have a shower. Not sure if pool towels get washed between days. Had NO water for a day in the whole hotel. Sitting at pool bar was not inviting during the day as always older drunk guy there.
Staff are still great and the location is great which is why we have stayed there. Next time we will look elsewhere.
