They all come from using my credit card for the everyday purchases. If you pay your cc bill in full every month it costs nothing and I get lots of points. Use it for everything including supermarket shopping and paying bills such as rates, gas electricity etc. The difficulty seems to be getting the FF flights when I want them if I can't book a year ahead!
