the Kuta Townhouses. We really wanted to stay at the Suriwathi as we liked the location. We are a bunch of shoppers! The second time I emailed them, I also emailed four other places. One replied within the hour, two within a day and the last took four days ( this did not bother me as it was a reply and the hotel was budget so I was not expecting high speed technology). Kuta Townhouses was a little more expensive. We are staying in the most expensive bracket of apartments (about 60US) which includes continental breaky, in room safe, two beds, two bathrooms, kitchen, lounge and DVD player and the complex is less than 12 months old. Location is between POppies 1 and 2. Out of interest our other hotels included Grand Kumala, Adika Sari ( my next choice), MBR, Ida. I collected info on about 8 hotels, put them on a spreadsheet with contact addresses, websites, comments from BTF etc etc.
