We have just returned recently on this flight! It wasn't pleasant although there was less noise than usual! As it seems impossible to get any sleep before going to airport, the best way seems to be how to make up for it next day - don't even think about going to school or work after this flight! My flight suggestion is to put your daughter in the window seat and pull up the arm between you and her so you can both have a bit more flexability. Put you ear phones on and "watch" the movie. Don't have the meal as it interrupts any sleep patterns you may start. Try to take a neck pillow as these really help to get comfortable. The flight went quickly - it was the airport wait etc that was the worst. When you get home unpack or have breakfast then go to bed for three or four hours. Telephone off the hook! Try to get some exercise in the afternoon and have an early night. I think I was tiredest the next day! Good lick and have a great trip.
