They will be second hand but good quality and washed and ironed. Is that okay?
About the excess, when i went in July last year i emailed garuda telling them i was taking stuff over for a english school and had no trouble. Did not hear from them. But at the airport they had my request on there computer and not a problem.
Would it not be better to come up with some money so you could buy toothpast and tootbrushes over there. I was thinking it would be cheaper than buying them here. Would it?
