Thanks to the formites for all the answers. You are an informative lot. Just back from a restaurant and had Duck and Pork but nowhere as goods as the bali duck or babi pig - such unique flavours and the smell....... Anyway look forward to finding the first bintang and first new Bali friend in March. Karma to you all.
