I sent an email to the Bounty asking them about renovations and they replied that there are no renovations happening as we know renovations but there will be some "maintenance" to rooms occuring which is an ongoing thing. They say that this is usually when the occupancy drops to 50% or below, but it should not cause any inconvenience to patrons.
