Hi ive been to a couple of these in the past years. The put a programme out in shops etc in kuta as it gets closer. for a bout a week before they have all different activities along the beach like surfing, skatebarding comps, dancers etc then on the last two nights i think it was they have a huge food stall between melasti and padma st on the beach with a concert and sometimes fireworks on the last night.
