the Jayakarta at Legian.
They have a children's pool (plus another pool that is shallow at one end), a kids' playground, lots of open grass area to run around on and normally there are other families staying there so your granddaughter might find a playmate.
One night a week they have a dance group come in to perform at the hotel and they invite kids onto the stage to learn Balinese dancing. My daughters loved that.
The breakfast is child friendly because of its big selection and the staff love and look out for children.
