Take the lane that runs to the left of Ramada Bintang as you're facing the beach. Pass Bakung's Beach Cottages and head for the beach. Jeny 29 is the second-last shop before the lane runs out and you end up at the Sandi Phala. It's a fixed price shop with a good range of stock - clothes, cushion covers, curtains, bags, shoes, sunnies, etc. I like to deal with Amy, but she's not there so often these days (her sister-in-law is generally there). If Amy doesn't have an item in stock, she'll get it for you. She'll drop things off at your hotel when you buy too much to carry - and even give you a lift on her motor scooter!
