Don't want to go into any details, but suffice to say that both parties made a costly mistake. I would certainly be a lot more vocal in this post, if I hadn't been adequately compensated. Two sleepless nights and several heated discussions marred the holiday experience somewhat. All I'll say is that I'll be very careful about what I have done over there from now on.
