I have done 2 of the Honeymoon Cottages cooking classes. Both different meals cooked. I cannot comment on other ones, but we thoroughly enjoyed the experience of using fresh herbs and spices picked from the garden and how it enhances the flavour of the food. You eat what you make for lunch! When we did the first one, Janeete de Neefe (read the book Fragrant Rice) was just starting out and there was myself, wife, daughter and one other. When we did the second one, a few years later, there was 25 people and they were turning people away, with a waiting list. If you have ever eaten at the Casa Luna in Ubud, you will know what I am talking about with natural flavoursome food.
